What is the cost of my services? 

Services are very much dependent on the size and complexity of the construction project.  I offer a free local consultation at your premises to view and discuss clients ideas and proposals and provide a free quotation on every project.

 However, as an example of my fees, I include the following;

• For a ground floor extension fees start from about £1000

• For two-storey extension or attic conversions, costs start from about £1250

• For both the above and on different elevations about £1700

• Please be mindful that the above fees do not include council/building control / OS, etc.

• I provide FREE initial local consultation and quotations without any obligation
